Ever since we have been established we have worked closely with social landlords in supporting them in the upkeep of their void properties and communal areas with regard to clearances of voids and gardens, cleaning of voids and communal areas, ground maintenance and pest control.

Having success in winning contracts through the procurement process along with our excellent track record of working with the social landlords we can demonstrate we are the calibre of organisation that can be trusted to deliver services to the highest standards and understand the importance of meeting set targets and KPIs.

To this end we strive to improve how we work with our customers and have invested in a bespoke tracking system (AVS) which allows our workforce to update the system on a job by job basis which is then checked and logged, at which point the customer will have instant access to the system to see how work was complete and be able to extract data which provides a trace of how we are performing at any given time.

We are registered on a number of procurement frameworks and are constantly tendering for contracts with public sector bodies to grow the business and also enable us to offer greater social value.
