Fresh Start Programme

We fully embrace our commitment to social value and corporate social responsibility. To this end we run a regular programme called “Fresh Start.” This programme provides people who are long term unemployed the opportunity of valuable work experience and training. It is designed to help them improve their chances in gaining employment. Travel and food are funded and they receive safety boots to keep. It is a 2 week rolling programme and they receive training in CV writing and tailoring, interview skills, motivation, self development and health and safety. They also have access to a computer to support their job searching. At the end they receive a certificate and reference letter from us to help them in their continued job search.
